Recipes & Kitchen Inspiration


Crispy Smashed Gold Potatoes with Garlic–Herb Oil

Golden, craggy, and perfect with anything.

• Boil potatoes until just tender; drain.

• Smash on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and minced garlic.

• Roast at 450°F until crisp; finish with chopped herbs and a squeeze of lemon.


Roasted Kabocha with Chili–Lime

Sweet squash + gentle heat.

• Cut kabocha into wedges, toss with oil, salt, and a pinch of chili powder.

• Roast at 425°F until tender.

• Finish with lime juice and chopped cilantro (optional).


Beet–Kale Salad

Colorful, sturdy, and meal-prep friendly.

• Roast beets until tender; peel and cube.

• Massage chopped kale with olive oil, lemon, and salt until glossy.

• Toss in roasted beets and thin-sliced sweet pepper; add toasted seeds.


Cabbage & Carrot Slaw

Crunchy and bright.

• Shred cabbage and carrots.

• Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, a touch of honey or alt sweetener, salt, pepper.

• Toss; add minced herbs or a few sesame seeds if you like.


Pepper Skillet with Potatoes & Kale

Cozy one-pan dinner.

• Sauté diced potatoes in oil until starting to crisp.

• Add sliced sweet pepper and ribbons of kale; season with salt, smoked paprika, and a splash of vinegar.

• Cook until potatoes are tender and kale is silky.


Quick Beet & Cabbage Sauté

Fast side with tang.

• Sauté shredded cabbage in oil; add julienned or grated beet.

• Splash with apple cider vinegar, season with salt and pepper; cook until just tender
