Dreaming of Spring....

This video was taken a few days ago after it snowed, the garlic still visible through the snow. It wont be ready to harvest until June/July though. Most people aren't even thinking of gardening but here on the farm things are in full swing. The greenhouse is FULL of plant starts, so full in fact I am not sure where they will all fit! We have seeded several tunnels with early spring crops. We are prepping the sweet potato and potato fields. Planting peas. The list is never ending.....

We are excited to start our first year round farm share.
