Snap Pea & Turnip Salad

Thinly slice turnips and toss with sugar snap peas, chives, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add crumbled feta or goat cheese for a refreshing summer salad.

Garlic Scape Pesto

Blend garlic scapes, olive oil, nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pine nuts), Parmesan cheese, and a squeeze of lemon. Use as a pasta sauce, sandwich spread, pizza topping, or dressing for roasted vegetables.

Strawberry & Chive Salad

Top your salad mix with sliced strawberries and fresh chives. Add toasted nuts and a simple balsamic vinaigrette for a sweet and savory combination.

Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Quickly stir-fry bok choy with sliced green garlic, garlic scapes, and sugar snap peas. Finish with soy sauce and sesame oil and serve over rice or noodles.

Green Garlic Butter

Finely chop green garlic and mix with softened butter. Spread on bread, melt over vegetables, or use to finish grilled meats.

Roasted Turnips
