Kitchen Inspiration


Roasted Beet Salad

Roast beets until tender, then slice and serve over salad mix with goat cheese, toasted walnuts, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Add roasted carrots if desired


Arugula & Pea Salad

Toss arugula with fresh peas, shaved Parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Finish with toasted almonds.


Honey Roasted Turnips & Carrots

Toss turnips and carrots with olive oil, a drizzle of honey, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F until caramelized and tender. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.


Spring Vegetable Stir-Fry

Quickly stir-fry peas, carrots, turnips, and green onions with garlic, soy sauce, and a splash of sesame oil. Serve over rice or noodles.


Roasted Beet & Arugula Salad

(Large Share) Combine peppery arugula with roasted beets, crumbled feta, sliced green onions, and toasted pecans. Dress with a lemon vinaigrette.


Garden Salad with Roasted Beets

Top salad mix with roasted beets, shredded carrots, fresh peas, and sliced green onions. Finish with your favorite vinaigrette.


Creamy Turnip Soup

Simmer diced turnips, carrots, and green onions in vegetable broth until tender. Blend until smooth and finish with a splash of cream or coconut milk.


Carrot & Green Onion Frittata

Sauté shredded carrots and sliced green onions until tender. Add beaten eggs and cook until set. Finish under the broiler and serve warm or at room temperature.


Quick Pickled Turnips & Carrots

Thinly slice turnips and carrots and cover with a mixture of vinegar, water, salt, and a touch of sugar. Let sit overnight for a crisp topping for sandwiches, grain bowls, or tacos.


Fresh Pea & Green Onion Pasta

Toss cooked pasta with butter or olive oil, fresh peas, sliced green onions, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and cracked black pepper for a simple weeknight meal.
