Meal Ideas & Recipes
Use your share creatively with these seasonal suggestions:
Chioggia Beet & Carrot Slaw
Grate Chioggia beets and carrots, toss with lemon juice, olive oil, a touch of honey, and green onions. A bright, crunchy salad.
Fava Bean & Parcel Dip
Shell and blanch fava beans, then blend with chopped parcel, lemon, olive oil, and garlic for a vibrant spread.
Cabbage Stir-Fry with Sugar Snap Peas
Slice cabbage and stir-fry with snap peas, green onions, and garlic chives in sesame oil. Add tofu or ground meat for protein.
Quick-Pickled Turnips & Beets
